Whether you're new to both or deeply familiar, we focus on skills that resonate in *your* body and brain and create state change to reset how you feel... with techniques that fit into your actual life. Easy to apply steps to evolve how you show up with yourself--and how you feel--day in and day out. Get more than you can in the apps: you will receive customized insights that meet you where you are and foster your thriving. Part educational, part practice, all feel better.

May 24: Hormones and Equanimity

Menopause, perimenopause, PCOS, endometriosis, PMDD and more... get some relief! Increase your capacity to ride the waves of hormonal fluctuations; regulate; cultivate big picture perspective; and hold it all loosely. Learn techniques for expanding your overall bandwidth as well as de-escalating in the moment, gathering up energy when you need it, and winding back down to rest. Bonus: being together in community around these challenges--where you are heard and seen--is invaluable.

June 28: What is Somatic Inquiry?

Learn how your body communicates to your brain and how you can use your body to support thinking, feeling, and behaving in the ways that best support you. Experience this in your own body, build your felt-sense of sturdiness and flexibility, and get customized guidance for your questions.

July 26: Resilience Building

You don't need to feel calm all the time, but you'll sure feel better with a wider window of tolerance so you aren't as easily bothered! Learn to return to calm efficiently and to expand your capacity to Be With challenges, joys, and the mundane. Get good at regrouping after overwhelm. Increase your ability to rest deeply.

August 23: Stress-Reduction and Meditation

Reset and release stress from your body and brain; learn about embodied meditation, and practice with a guided-meditation. You will steady your practices for being grounded, centered and uplifted. And receive guidance for navigating your stumbling-blocks. Bring your questions!
