The number one factor to dial in for mental health and wellbeing is sleep. Bedtime routines work best supported by pre-bedtime routines. Help yourself have a gentle start to both. Set yourself up for a sweeter start to the week.
This program includes movement for shifting gears, winding down, and settling in. Some gentle yoga, YIN, sleep tips, and less. (I know most program descriptions would say "and more!" But that's not helpful to wind down the day... let's do "less" and breathe and relax instead.)
Think of this as Active Rest (like active recovery... but different). This program helps your body, mind and spirit shift gears. Support your nervous system to drop cortisol and work with circadian rhythms.
