I currently present at yearly events for:
A trauma support team for first responders
On two occasions we have invited Emrys to run workshops on our team wellness days. In both of these Emrys gave highly professional workshops that incorporated psychological coaching, yoga/body techniques for relaxation, and deep meditation work. Both were very well received by our members who are all highly trained and accomplished professionals. Emrys was a confident and spiritually grounded guide to support and push us all to do the work we needed to care for ourselves. I highly recommend her services for their quality and her for her spiritual poise and compassion.

Emrys brings a quiet power and a palpable wisdom to her teachings. She knows her material and she knows her audience. She has a unique ability to explain esoteric concepts into practical explanations and expositions. She reminds us of so many things that the daily grind presses us to forget: that we have peace within us, and from that peace can spring a great power in every aspect of our lives—professional, personal, emotional, and (yes) spiritual.

As well as teaching Mindfulness Linked to Book Recommendations for a local library network
Over a period of three years the Mindful Meditation messages Emrys did for the East Haddam Library System were helpful to many of our patrons and others who accessed them, especially as folks were dealing with the stress and isolation of the Covid pandemic.
Emrys provided tools for myself and others to use in our everyday lives to calm our minds and anxieties.
Emrys’s calming voice and encouragement for folks to be gentle with themselves as they put these practices into effect made them approachable for all.
